All NYSCH Members (listed below) who currently serve on the Board of Directors, have Advanced Certification granted by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) as Approved Consultants.
     • What this means is that, in addition to other stringent ASCH requirements, each has completed at least the required minimum of 100 or more hours of approved workshop training and has had at least the minimum of five years of independent practice utilizing clinical hypnosis.
     • All of our Board Members have actually completed many more workshop hours and many more years in practice using clinical hypnosis than the required minimum.

If you wish to become certified in hypnosis by ASCH, you can seek out any one or more of these Board Members for, among other basic certification requirements:
     • The "minimum of 20 hours of individualized training/consultations with an ASCH Approved Consultant." www.asch.net
     • To quote again from the ASCH website "Approved Consultants are qualified to provide individualized training and consultation for those seeking Certification."
